Its location was favourable, short walk to a big mall called Ventura Plaza and the center of the city, and Cucuta. Cafe Pasteles & Pasteles was located 10 minutes walk away.

Booked a room for value. A shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets were available there. The hotel had a good location minute walk from Iglesia Carmelitas.
The bed was too small here.

Friendly front desk staff made check-in easy.
I experienced an issue with the paper towels in my room. The provided roll wasn't new, and we used it up completely. When I asked the security guard for an additional roll, he gave me one. When I requested a backup, he refused, stating, "No, once you finish it, we can provide another. " It felt as though he assumed I intended to take the extra roll home.

perfectly placed for city walks and local attractions
I had a good weekend exploring the beautiful parks and iconic landmarks just a short stroll away, including the serene Colon Park and the excellent Cathedral of Cucuta. Plus, the nearby Sensei Asian Bistro was a great spot for a quick bite after my city adventures.

proximity to pharmacies, access to an ATM, walking distance to a shopping center
The paper towel situation was ridiculous!!! I had to deal with unreplenished supplies in my room. The homeless presence nearby made for uncomfortable strolls around the hotel. Improvements could definitely make a difference!!!

Great for Short Family Stays!
We spent a night in a comfortable Standard Double Room. The bakery items at breakfast were many, but I wished for healthier options. Be cautious of the area outside. We saw some homeless individuals. The stay was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hot sandwiches at nearby Sensei Asian Bistro were absolute fire! Plus, the front desk was super helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. Can't beat that vibe!
Ran into a hiccup with the paper towels not being fresh. When I asked for another roll, the security guard assumed I wanted to stash it away.

I noticed some issues with the paper towels in my room. The roll was nearly used up and when I asked for another, I was only given one extra roll. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of bakery items, but I found the lack of healthy options, such as homemade oatmeal and good coffee, disappointing. The presence of homeless individuals nearby created an uneasy atmosphere .
